Pedagogic reregistration at the Earth Science doctoral school
All students in 2nd or 3rd years( administratively registered in IPGP or in University Paris-Diderot) must carry out a pedagogic reregistration.
Pedagogic reregistration will take place during the third week of september afer making an appointement.
- Schedule for appointements.
- If your Ph.D comity is to meet in september or october, reregistration will take place at the end of october.
Documents that need to be provided
Be careful: any change regarding your Ph.D advisor must be notified while reregistering. Any official change cannot take place during the year.
- A list of the courses validated during the 1st and/ or 2nd year will be given to the Doctoral School when reregistering.
- A list of the courses validated
- L'autorisation de réinscription signée par l'un de vos directeurs de thèse est indispensable.
- Autorisation de réinscription
- Follow up file
- Health and safety training file
- Liste des ACMO
- Copy of the last salary sheet
