Ph'D students can validate 12 points maximum during a school year.
Validation of courses :
Master STEP and Doctoral School courses
- The Ph'D student must sign up at the doctoral School via Survey quetionnaire
- For the first semester: last week of september.
- For the second semester: early in january.
- At the end of the semester, the teacher will forward the Ph'D students list to the Doctoral School Secretariat for the course to be validated.
Other courses
- To choose another course, you must consult your supervisor and get approval from the Doctoral School Manager.
- Ph'D student must inform the the Doctoral School Secretariat.
- At the end of the trainning,the teacher will hand out a signed cetificate to the Ph'D student for the course to be validated.
Summer course and WORKSHOP
- In order to sign up, you must consult your supervisor and get approval from the Doctoral School Manager.
- A presence certificate along with the programm of the school or workshop will be asked for the course to be validated.
- les Workshops et écoles d'été sont validés pour 50% de la durée et valident au plus 6 points. Au total au cours de la thèse, 10 points maximum pourront étre validés par les workshops.
